Proposal: This is a legislative text amendment to the Clackamas County Comprehensive Plan and Zoning and Development Ordinance (ZDO). The proposed Plan amendments are to Chapters 4 (Land Use) and 6 (Housing), and the proposed ZDO amendments are to Sections 202 (Definitions), 602 (Business Park, Light Industrial, and General Industrial Districts), and 1203 (Conditional Uses) . A new ZDO Section 842 (Transitional Shelter Communities) would be added.
